The Rays of Hope acts in the overall interests of the community, with respect to:

Improving quality of life and curative services for the community, alleviating poverty and poor health.
Introducing home based care and community services.
Improving access to HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.
Providing a cost-sharing community pharmacy and long term care.
