MOONLIGHT CAFE

Recently, Rays of Hope received a micro loan from the GNU Foundation to build a cafe. The revenue generated from the cafe will be put toward sustaining the Rays of Hope Clinic and community. The Rays of Hope Board understands the need for the future of the clinic to receive funding from a variety of resources and is strategizing to diversify where it receives its funding with a three pronged approach; income generating projects (the cafe), grants, and donations. CURE AIDE KIT

You can help provide medical supplies to the Rays of Hope Clinic in Githongo. Located in the Meru district of Kenya, this mountain village is always in need of medical supplies. Our clinic is the only medical facility in the area that can provide medical assistance to this isolated community. For a donation of $200, you can provide a package valued at $2000 of medical supplies (contents include exam supplies, wound care, personal hygiene) for the Rays of Hope Clinic. For a donation of $15 you can provide a first aid kit for one of the local schools or the maintenance of kits already distributed.

These supplies are vital to the health services offered to the community. Your support of the Rays of Hope Clinic and the local schools, by providing basic medical supplies, ensures that the proper care can be given to each person in the community, from infants to elders, depending on the need.
